Fandango will fix any error or mistake on
our part at no charge, however it is the customer's responsibility to listen to
the master CD on a quality CD player, and make sure there are no mistakes. In
extremely rare cases the CD's may have some manufacturing problems; Fandango
will replace the disc at no charge, however, we will not be held liable
for this. Please do not listen to the master in moving vehicles, as it will
scratch the CD. Please keep your master totally clean, free from scratches or dust,
always keep it in a case with a label, do not write on it.
Lyricists/songwriters demos (or songs by request) recording packages:
Fandango Recording provides the instrumental arrangement as follows:
1. Basic package –
Instrumental track (guitar or piano)-

*Notice: The vocals are provided by Fandango. If the client wants his voice
recorded, the regular hourly rate applies.
Songwriting:
- Create original music and
arrangement for provided lyrics: $150***
- Write harmony and
arrangement for provided lyrics and melody: :$50
- Create original lyrics by
professional lyricist: $150

*** Notice:
the songwriting option is in addition to
any of the recording package. The song copyright will be split 50/50 if Fandango
creates the original music or the lyrics. If Fandango creates the whole song, it
will own the copyright completely.
Beat production -
from
$250 to
$350 per beat; depends on the complexity requested.
The client gets limited rights to the beat**. For exclusive rights, please make
arrangements with the studio.
Audio
restoration:-
$90
per hour. Minimum charge is
$50 for less than half
hour.
Forensic audio: please contact the
studio for quote - we have to listen to the material first to determine the
price.
Note: a $5 charge applies for the
blank CD unless the customer provides it.
Transfer
from tape/LP to CD*
- $40/hour.

STUDIO DESIGN CONSULTING
-
Please contact the studio to make an
appointment to discuss your project. Because of the complexity of the work, the estimated price will be
forwarded to the customer after the first meeting, when most of the details regarding the
project request will be made available to Fandango Recording. Fandango
will provide a written quote after the site inspection. All the design work
is directed and signed by a Professional Engineer.
BOOKING, PAYMENT AND TERMS
*** Arrangements for recording studio time
should be made at least 10 days prior to the session. ***The receipt of a
25% deposit based upon the rate and amount of time confirms the date. ***For beats
creation the deposit will be 50%. ***For Songwriters/lyricists recording
packages and songwriting the acceptance of the job involves full payment. As
most of these jobs are ordered through internet, the payment options are
international money order in Canadian or US dollars or payment through paypal-
payment to
florinb@fandangorecording.com ***All
deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE but may be applied to another session date.
Reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis; due to possible
session date changes, etc., some sessions can be booked on short notice, pending
the availability of the studio. The same deposit applies- 25%.
Payment for studio work is due at the end
of each individual session, regardless of length, unless other terms are
prearranged with the studio.
Remixes and adding more parts after a complete mix are extra and will be billed
at a rate of $40 per hour. For recording/mixing/mastering/sound restoration
requested through internet the payment can be made only through international
money order in Canadian dollars; we lalso accept MasterCard, Visa and American
Express through paypal. com (add 5% paypal fees); for paypal payment use our regular email -
florinb@fandangorecording.com. Please call for the pricing of all the
other services Fandango has to offer.
LIENS
- The studio shall have a lien on all
properties delivered to the studio by the client as well as on all CD or tape
made by the studio for the client for any unpaid balance of the amount due to
the studio for services or supplies rendered.
The studio is a smoking-free
facility!
