Toronto Fandango Recording studio promotes affordable rates* for top quality services. The studio rates (as of June 1st, 2007) are: Multi-track recording, voice over, narration - standard rate: $40/hour . Live recording: $700/day. Recording is done at 24 bit resolution, up to 16 tracks. The mixing and mastering are not included. If mixing is not required, only the audio files, there will be a $300 dollars charge for transferring the files. The price is only for greater Toronto, for all other locations please call. Please call in advance to discuss the details of your project. MIxing and Editing - $40/hour
Live-in-the-studio recording and mixing: $350 / song** Live-in-the-studio unmixed with raw tracks burned to CD: $200 / song** Project packages. The project packages are based on the musical project of each customer and are a great opportunity to get a competitive studio rate in Toronto area. Please contact us for a quote for your project. Or better, drop in for a coffee and let's discuss about your project. Professional arrangements - Please call and provide details, as the price depends if the arrangement is done using synths or professional musicians. Beats for hip-hop, R&B, rap- [Beat production] - $250/song (the customer gets exclusive rights). Sound restoration:- $90 per hour. Minimum charge is $50 for less than half hour. Note: a $5 charge applies for the blank CD unless the customer provides it. Transfer from tape/LP to CD* - $35/hour. Note: a $3 charge applies for the blank CD unless the customer provides it. STUDIO DESIGN CONSULTING - Please contact the studio to make an appointment to discuss your project. Because of the complexity of the work, the estimated price will be forwarded to the customer after the first meeting, when most of the details regarding the project request will be made available to Fandango Recording. Fandango will provide a written quote after the site inspection. All the design work is directed and signed by a Professional Engineer. BOOKING, PAYMENT AND TERMS - Arrangements for recording studio time should be made at least 10 days prior to the session. The receipt of a 25% deposit based upon the rate and amount of time confirms the date. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE but may be applied to another session date. Reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis; due to possible session date changes, etc., some sessions can be booked on short notice, pending the availability of the studio. The same deposit applies- 25%. Payment for studio work is due at the end of each individual session, regardless of length, unless other terms are prearranged with the studio. Remixes and adding more parts after a complete mix are extra and will be billed at a rate of $40 per hour. For recording/mixing/mastering/sound restoration requested through internet the payment can be made only through international money order in Canadian dollars or paypal. com (add 3% paypal fees). LIENS - The studio shall have a lien on all properties delivered to the studio by the client as well as on all CD or tape made by the studio for the client for any unpaid balance of the amount due to the studio for services or supplies rendered.
